I moved to Charleston, South Carolina after graduating college because I loved the idea of Charleston. I made a one day visit before job searching and signing a lease, and Charleston fulfilled everything I had built up in my imagination that I wanted it to be. Years later, I love it still! I will admit, travel does still pull at my soul, but between trips, I delight in knowing that I live daily in a spot I would otherwise gladly vacation to.

My babies are what brought me here to this outlet for my thoughts. The motherhood role and what filling it builds up in me is often best resolved through an outpouring of words on a page.
